The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) is the competent authority for MiCAR in Belgium in respect of CASPs, crypto-asset white papers, and conduct supervision of crypto-asset issuers. The National Bank of Belgium (NBB) may have supervisory responsibilities in relation to ART and EMT issuers that are credit institutions or e-money institutions.
