The Agencija za trg vrednostnih papirjev (ATVP) is Slovenia’s securities market agency and the competent authority for MiCAR in Slovenia in respect of CASPs and crypto-asset white papers. The Banka Slovenije (Bank of Slovenia) may also have supervisory responsibilities in relation to ART and EMT issuers that are credit institutions or e-money institutions.
