CySEC is the financial supervisory authority of Cyprus and the competent authority for MiCA in Cyprus (alongside the Central Bank of Cyprus for ART/EMT prudential matters). It supervises CASPs and is responsible for authorisations under Article 62 MiCAR, Article 60 notifications, and ongoing CASP supervision.
