The Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA) is Liechtenstein’s financial supervisory authority. Liechtenstein is a member of the European Economic Area (EEA), and MiCAR applies in Liechtenstein subject to its incorporation into the EEA Agreement. The FMA is the competent authority for MiCAR in Liechtenstein, supervising CASPs, ART issuers, and EMT issuers established in Liechtenstein.
