Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM)
Section titled “Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM)”The AFM is the Dutch conduct authority and lead competent authority for CASPs under MiCAR. In the Netherlands’ twin-peaks model, the AFM authorises and supervises crypto-asset service providers and supervises crypto-asset white-paper notifications under Title II, while DNB acts as prudential supervisor of CASPs and authorises and supervises ART and EMT issuers.
